Privacy and cookies

In short: Suma3D runs entirely in your browser. There are no user accounts, we don't ask for personal data and we don't use cookies or tracking or advertising tools. We only see anonymous visit statistics calculated by the server.

What is stored on your device

So you don't lose your work, the app stores in your browser's local storage the products, materials and machines you save, your settings (language, currency, theme and mode) and, if you upload it, your quote logo. This data never leaves your device and only you can see it. It is technical storage needed for the service you use, so it doesn't require consent. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Files you open

Slicer files, logos and backups are read on your own device. They are not uploaded to any server.

Offline use

If you install the app or visit it again, your browser keeps a copy of the website's files (not your data) so it works offline.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Netlify. Like any server, it logs technical visit data, such as the IP address, to serve the pages and for security. Suma3D does not use this data to identify you or build profiles.

Visit statistics

We use Netlify's statistics to know how many visits the website gets, which pages are viewed and which countries they come from, as totals. They are calculated on the server from its logs: they set no cookies or code in your browser, don't follow you across websites and don't let us know who you are.
