In sublimation, the cost of each item has four parts: the blank, printing the design (paper and ink), the heat press and your time.
On top of that cost, Suma3D adds waste for failures, packaging, the platform fee, your profit and any tax. It includes common sublimation blanks (mugs, magic mugs, bottles, polyester T-shirts, cushions, mouse pads, puzzles, coasters…) and heat press and mug press models.
Light-coloured polyester garments and items with a special sublimation coating, such as mugs, aluminium panels or sublimation coasters. On cotton or dark garments DTF is usually used.
Add it to the print cost per design or to «Other costs per unit». The machine the calculator amortises is the heat press.
